What materials are used in the Wild Listening Jewelry?
Jewelry is handmade in the jungles of Eastern Bali. Metals are brass, and stones vary by design— many include hand-carved bone and horn.
Are the necklace and earrings lightweight?
Many people are surprised that such large earrings are so light. In particular, the hand-carved owl earrings are much lighter than you might expect. However, some of the larger earrings are also heavy. If you have any questions, please reach out before purchasing!
Is this jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
If you are sensitive to brass, then unfortunately, these are not for you.
What makes this jewelry unique?
Many of these designs were designed by me personally, meaning you will not find them anywhere else. My jewelry maker is small production and hand-crafts his pieces.
My Lilith Collection is jewelry inspired by owls and snakes. Lilith Herself represents feminine power and shadow, owls and snakes also represent sacred feminine mystery.
Damaged or Defective Items: We stand behind the quality of our pieces. If your item arrives damaged or defective, refunds are accepted within 2 weeks (14 days) of your purchase date.
How to Initiate a Request: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. To request a refund or replacement, email us at lacyeloo@wildlistening.com within the 14-day window with your order details and a clear photo of the defect.
Exclusions: Because our inventory is highly limited, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind, nor do we accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Processing: Approved refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
EU Statutory Right: For merchandise shipped to the European Union, customers retain a statutory 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return their order for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
